Is Raze registered as a Broker-Dealer (B-D)?

Raze is not registered as a broker-dealer. Our company does not meet the definition of either a “broker” or a “dealer” as defined under Section 3(a)(4) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended. Raze is considered a software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform, providing companies tools to assist them in streamlining their fundraising journey. Raze users are still strongly advised to seek independent legal counsel regarding regulatory compliance in using Raze to invest in projects and in raising capital from qualified investors.
